New findings in osteoarthritis research

For the first time, using modern imaging techniques on humans, it has been shown that it is possible to regenerate cartilage, hence considerably inhibiting the progress of osteoarthritis. A clinical study carried out at the famous American Harvard University and the New Medical Center in Boston has confirmed the cartilage- supporting function of CH-Alpha® and its principal component Fortigel®. The results of these studies are currently being presented at the Osteoarthritis Research Society International (OARSI) congress in Montréal, Canada.

Clinical Study: CH-Alpha reduces symptoms of joint discomfort

A clinical study presented at Osteoarthritis Research Society International (OARSI) congress 2007 and published in Current Medical Research and Opinion, Vol. 24, No. 5, 2008, 1485–1496, shows that the administration of CH-Alpha reduces joint symptoms brought about by mechanical stress. Significant improvement was demonstrated in the case of the knee, the joint most frequently affected by pain.
